Our Ground Beef 80/20 is a flavorful blend of 80% lean beef and 20% fat, expertly double ground using a 5mm plate for a finer, more uniform consistency. This ratio provides the perfect balance of rich flavor and juiciness, making it ideal for burger patties, taco fillings, pasta sauces, and homemade meatloaf.

Made from premium imported beef, each pack is carefully processed to ensure only high-quality cuts are used. No fillers. No byproducts. Just clean, delicious beef with consistent grind and performance in every kitchen application.

NOTE: Your beef may arrive either frozen or chilled, depending on our current dressing plant schedule.
