Our Pork Belly Slices (Bone-in, Skin-on / 'BISO') are a rich and flavorful cut taken from the underside of the pig. These thick, meaty slices are perfect for Filipino-style grilled liempo, lechon kawali, and other indulgent pork dishes. Machine-sliced for consistency, each piece ranges between 190g–210g, with a slice thickness of approximately 1.8cm–2.3cm (about 5 pieces per kilo).
Imported and selected for quality, these pork belly cuts offer the right balance of lean meat and creamy white fat—making them a household favorite for roasting, frying, or braising.
NOTE: Your liempo may be delivered frozen or chilled, depending on our plant schedule.
