  • DELIVERY FEES: What are your delivery fees?
    Most orders under 100kg will be charged a delivery fee between 180php and 250php, as per LALA Move.

    TO SAVE ON DELIVERY FEES, many customers choose to schedule their own pick-up from our Bridgetowne, QC office. To do this, select 'Pick-Up' upon check-out when placing your order.

    All orders under 100kg will be shipped from our facility in Bridgetown, Quezon City. For most business and bulk orders above 100kg, we may provide free delivery directly from our dressing plant in Bulacan.
  • DELIVERY TIMES: If I pay for my order today, when can I expect delivery?
    Please plan on receiving your chicken about 1 to 3 business days after we’ve processed your payment.

    Additional delivery delays may be experienced if our dressing plant is not able to process chicken according to schedule. Recently, our dressing schedule has been adversely affected by inclement weather and government enacted Covid processing and travel restrictions.
  • PAYMENTS: What form of payments do you accept?
    Please note that we do not accept COD. Please keep in mind that we accept cash payments for pick-up orders only. For all other electronic-based payments, we accept GCash, BDO bank transfer, and credit cards (for online transaction only.)
  • CHICKEN: Will I receive my chicken frozen or chilled?
    Your chicken will be delivered chilled, blast-frozen, or a combination of both. Our dressing plant schedule will determine which cuts will be delivered in the respective manner mentioned. All chicken is guaranteed fresh, of course.
  • CHICKEN: Approximate chicken weights?
    All listed chicken weights are approximate weights, and will never be exact. Please keep this in mind if you are a reseller. Each pack of chicken will have a max./min. weight of approximately +/- 10% of the stated 'Approximate Weight,' respectively.
